John serves as Sourcing Director – Freight, Outside Supplier Processing, Injection Molding at Zimmer Biomet. He previously served as Associate Director of Sourcing Compliance and Process Improvement, ensuring risk management and business continuity plans were enacted to minimize supply disruption. Prior to John’s 7 years at Zimmer Biomet, he was in strategic sourcing at DePuy Synthes for 15 years. He has a BA from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and an MBA in Management, Human Resources from Indiana Institute of Technology.
