Jody is a strategic sourcing and supply chain professional with 25 years of experience in manufacturing of medical devices and industrial consumer products, project management and people leadership. She joined MB&A as Director of Business Development in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she was the Director of Sourcing at Stryker and held roles at Wright Medical and Zimmer Biomet. As a people leader, Jody enjoys hiring, coaching, mentoring and developing training programs to allow people to develop while being accountable, productive and results oriented. She believes providing freedom for decision making and process ownership fosters greater success.
