Dr. Parker is a scientific consultant with decades of industry experience. In 2021, he retired from Stryker after 26 years with the company. While at Stryker, he served as Senior Principal Scientist at the Instrument Division and previously held roles of microbiologist, regulatory affairs manager and clinical affairs/sciences manager. Prior to Stryker, he worked in pharmaceutical toxicology research for nearly two decades.

Throughout his career, Dr. Parker has worked to influence standards by working on technical committees for ISO, ASTM, AAMI and Canadian Standards Association.
